Our name comes from the 12 law enforcement agencies in Santa Barbara County that enforce drunk driving laws. We join forces to stop the heartache, injury and death that DUI suspects always cause. We focus our efforts during holidays and special events when impaired driving is a particular problem, but we are also committed to stopping impaired drivers every day of the year. more..
